Criteria: Recipient must be a graduate of a Berkeley County high school or GED program, planning to continue their education at James Rumsey Technical Institute seeking certification or an associate degree in Electrical Technician or HVAC Technician based on financial need. May be renewable for one additional year. Must reapply to be considered.
