Students in JRTI’s ProStart program competed in the WV State ProStart Hospitality Cup Competition at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, WV. They won 1st place in the culinary competition out of 13 teams. See the menu below. The team will be advancing to the National ProStart Competition in Baltimore, MD on May 2-4, 2025 to compete against the rest of the nation in Culinary Arts.
