On October 2nd, Lieutenant Zach Morgan with the Martinsburg Fire Department visited the Firefighting junior class. They are currently studying fire behavior. Lt. Morgan used a “Doll House” prop constructed to demonstrate fire growth, fire behavior, smoke and heat movement, and ventilation. Thank you to Lt. Morgan and MFD for allowing him to share his knowledge, experience, and expertise with the students.
